NASP Members Save on Convention Registration Fees—Join Today

Heritage Special CD-ROM Package

Make the most of your convention experience with the Heritage Special, a package that includes registration for the full convention and the multimedia convention CD-ROM at a drastically reduced rate. The convention CD-ROM includes the keynote address, featured sessions, and selected workshops—more than 100 hours of programming with synchronized audiovisual presentations and handouts (as released for inclusion). For your convenience, you will be able to download the audio to your MP3 player or iPod and take your education on the run! On-Site Registration

On-site convention registrations, including all daily registrations, will be accepted as available during the registration hours listed below. The NASP Convention Registration Area is located on the third level of the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Methods of Payment

Payment on site may be made by Visa/MasterCard, check, or money order only. Checks and money orders must be made payable to “NASP,” in U.S. dollars. Please note that NASP is unable to accept purchase orders or registrations submitted without payment in full. Please submit a separate registration form and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration will not be accepted.

Thursday, February 26: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday, February 27: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 28: 7:00–9:00 a.m.

On-Site Registrations, Ticket Purchases, and Guests

Attendees who wish to register on site, register a guest ($25), or purchase tickets for workshops or special events may do so at the Assisted Registration counter in the NASP Convention Registration Area on the third level of the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Guests (nonmembers only) must be accompanied by a registered attendee who has paid the full registration fee. A limit of one guest per registered attendee will be imposed.

Registration Confirmations

Convention attendees who register online will receive immediate confirmation of their registration via e-mail. For mailed registrations, confirmations will be sent via e-mail unless no e-mail address is provided (in which case, they will be faxed or mailed). Please review all information for accuracy immediately upon receipt of your registration confirmation. If you do not receive your acknowledgment within seven business days, or if there is an error, call NASP Registration at (800) 811-5947 or (703) 449-6418, or e-mail naspregistration@jspargo.com.

Registrations Received After January 28, 2009

Attendees whose registrations are postmarked after January 28, 2009, will be charged the on-site convention registration fees. Register online to avoid delays!

Badges and Event Tickets

Badges and event tickets for advance registrants will be available for pickup at the NASP Convention Registration Area located on the third level of the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Self-Registration terminals as well as Assisted Registration counters will be available for preregistrants.

Attendees registering on site at the convention will be directed to the Assisted Registration counters for their badges and tickets. Changes and Cancellations

Workshops and special events can be added, canceled, or changed online. If you registered online, check your e-mail confirmation for the Web link to make changes to your registration. If you registered by mail, call NASP Registration at (800) 811-5947 or (703) 449-6418, or e-mail your request to naspregistration@jspargo.com.

Before the convention, registrations may be canceled by written request to naspregistration@jspargo.com. For registration fees to be refunded, cancellations must be received on or before January 28, 2009. No refunds will be given for cancellations after January 28 or on site.

A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. All refund checks and credit card credits will be processed in U.S. dollars within approximately one month after the convention. Registrants who elect to cancel their convention attendance are responsible for canceling their own travel and hotel reservations. Please note that NASP cannot be responsible for airline schedule changes or cancellations and will not be able to issue refunds resulting from changes in air travel arrangements.

On-Site Session Changes

Attendees who wish to change their session or event selections on site may do so, as space permits, at the Assisted Registration counters, located in the NASP Convention Registration Area. Please note that, because of space constraints, on-site session changes may not be possible.
